i do like the clothes, but dealing with the exchange was more frustrating than I expected.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and it took a few days just to get a clear answer on what I was supposed to do. Sending it back was simple enough, but after that I didn’t hear anything for a while and had to follow up myself.

The new size did eventually show up, but the whole process felt slow and kind of disorganized. For what the clothes cost, I was hoping the customer service would be a bit smoother

The tracking was kinda confusing because it updated late, like really late, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. But my order did show up in the end, so it worked out.

The material felt decent when it arrived, and I liked the overall look of it. That said, I ordered a medium and it fit more like a small, so the sizing was definitely off for me. I wish it had fit better because it seemed like it could’ve been a nice piece, but I probably wouldn’t order it again unless the sizing gets fixed

I like a lot of the stuff they carry, but the stock situation is hit or miss. A few things I wanted weren’t available in my size, so I had to keep checking back later, which was kind of frustrating. I get that popular sizes sell out, but they should do a better job staying on top of restocks or at least giving clearer updates.

It just looked kind of dull to me. Nothing really stood out, and for what they’re charging, I expected a bit more. It’s not terrible or anything, just feels too basic and overpriced.

Pretty happy with this shirt overall. The fabric feels good and it has a solid, well-made feel. Fit was right too. No complaints there. Just wish the stitching on the inside looked a bit cleaner. For the price, I expected that part to be a little better.

I had to send an order back and figured the refund would take forever, but it actually showed up soon after they received it. The whole process was simple and I didn’t have to keep following up, which is always nice. The return itself felt avoidable, but at least getting my money back was easy.

I mean, everything showed up just how I ordered it. The sizes and colors all matched, no mix-ups or anything, so I’m happy with it.

The only thing that bugged me was having to wait around longer than expected for things to load, which got a little frustrating. Also, the promo code box could be easier to find. Still, it was a decent experience overall.

The discounts were alright, i guess. I was hoping for a bit more off, but the promos were still kinda useful if you were already planning to buy something.

I’ve worn it a lot more than I expected, and to be fair, it’s still holding up with no real issues so far.

I mean, overall, the store has a really nice feel to it, like the vibe is pleasant and easy to enjoy. It was just, you know, a little crowded inside when I went, so moving around wasn’t quite as comfortable as I’d hoped

The color was another small plot twist. In the photos it looked richer, but in person it was more washed out than I expected. The fit was fine enough, but even that didn’t totally line up with what I thought I was getting from the size info.

I’ve liked a few things I’ve seen from Saturdays NYC, so I was looking forward to my order. The customer service side was a little disappointing, though. I reached out by email with a question and it took a few days to get a response.

I like shopping Saturdays NYC because the mix is actually good. They’ve got the basics, nicer pieces, and some surf-style stuff without making it feel overdone. It’s easy enough to find shirts, pants, swimwear, and little accessories, though I do get impatient scrolling around because I usually spot a few things I want quickly. Overall, there’s always something I’d actually wear

I picked up a shirt and a pair of swim shorts from Saturdays NYC, and overall I feel good about the purchase. I’m usually a little cautious about spending more unless I’m sure the quality is there, but the price felt fair for what I got.
The fit was solid, and neither piece felt thin or cheaply made, which is always my biggest worry when ordering clothes online. I’d probably buy from them again, especially if I can catch my size in stock
